Since I worked all day Monday while sick, and I woke up with sinus pressure, and I had a doctor's appointment at 3 pm anyway, I stayed home today. I didn't really tell anyone, including MelRo. Oops. But she's smart and figured it out.

I'm contemplating going on an imaginary vacation for a week or so, because I'm having some guilt about not seeing people, but I don't really want to be terribly social. I feel like I should set up outgoing messages on my e-mail and voicemail saying I'm "away" and give a return date.

I'm sure I'll still manage to see some folks. Lunch tomorrow with Paradise Regained. Possibly lunch with Sparky so I can fully address the e-mail sent to me that I haven't replied to. And perhaps some hangout time with Root Beer Master aka nineinchlovely.

But for the most part I prefer hiding right now. I like my shell. It's quite comfy and secure.
