Where the hell's the RZA?
Apr. 19th, 2004 04:58 pmTomorrow is Pretty Toney Tuesday. I'm way more excited than I should be for this album. I just love Ghostface Killah so much.
On Friday, I saw Kill Bill Vol. 2 which was a highly satisfying cinematic experience. Damon and I nearly flipped out when the characters were watching the movie Shogun Assassin which features the dialogue used at the beginning of GZA's Liquid Swords. Then I started freaking out again during the final credits when the song Goodnight Moon by Shivaree started playing, which Lowenstein put on a mix tape for me about a year ago.
I got almost nine hours of sleep last night but I'm still tired. It's probably just boredom at work. And annoyance with how loud Big White Man is constantly talking. Luckily it's time to go home.
