How am i going to make it right?

Aaaaaand we're back. Early.

We drove all day yesterday, arriving on our block around 12:30 am last night. And drove around for an additional 30 minutes trying to find parking that wasn't street cleaning. I gave up and parked, figuring I'd probably wake up early anyway and could move the car. So far, I've made good progress on my to-do list for the day.

The weekend was good and at some point I will write about:
1) the arts center/artists' retreat we will be building in Nappannee, Indiana to join the amish and the townies
2) Raymond's Day At the Races
3) wedding food and smooth jazz/'funk' bands
4) Adventures in Cross-Country Running in the Backwoods

But now it's noon which means I need to shower and get dressed and eat because once afternoon hits, I'm least productive and staying in boxers only makes it worse.

Oh, and apparently this guy and girl were shot at the Dominick's near my house last night. According to the newspaper, this happened in Avondale. I didn't know I lived in Avondale. I thought I lived in West Logan Square.
