I'm eating my way through San Francisco, which is to be expected. Thursday was sushi, Friday was vietnamese, Saturday was mexican, Sunday was fondue for lunch and homemade smoked ribs for dinner. Who knows what today will bring me. Perhaps fasting. Nah, highly unlikely.

Last night, after a nearly perfect day (with the exception of rain) of eating and visiting with friends, after a nearly perfect weekend of a nice variety of...activities, I was really wishing to fly home today. But this morning I'm glad to have the day in front of me, most of it to myself and I plan on lots of walking alternated with sitting and reading. The sun is peaking out a little but I don't want to put too much faith into it since chilly rain is predicted all day. Which will make staying on the couch and watching their cable rather tempting and I must resist it at least a little.

Oh, on Saturday, I went to see the new Todd Solondz movie, Palindromes. It's fucked up, but that's par for the course with Todd. I will cheat and just point you here to read
