I'm glad that I can't watch video at work, because the still images alone of this giant adult white male violently pinning an unarmed teenage girl are enough to make me nauseous.

the video was not as bad as it could have been (it was still bad), but what was worse was the reporter setting up the story and emphasizing that "it was only the family's side of the story" in such a way as to invalidate it before it was even run.

Yeah, that whole "this is one side of the story" bs......I'd be curious to know when exactly it would be acceptable for a large male security guard to shove an unarmed teenage girl in a cafeteria full of people face first into the ground. (And then referred to as "nappy head".) Oh wait, always - when you're black!
