I'd add one thing in particular to what you've written: I am white.
I think part of the strength of the quiz is for people who (presumably unlike present company) don't normally think about class, nor think of themselves as privileged. If the target audience sees "I am white" it makes it easier to dismiss the rest of it as white liberal guilt nonsense. I'd suggest something more like:
Never had a racial slur used against you by a stranger Never had a racial slur used against you by someone you know Never found yourself in the racial minority in a social situation
