i've been awake since approximately 6 am (though I did take a short nap), but despite me being up, I'm still not dressed. I did accomplish one thing. Which was eating oreos. Though I also fixed the futon. I'm hoping to do a load of laundry and perhaps clean up the apartment. But I mostly feel like lying on the newly fixed futon all day.

On Friday night I went out for fish and chips with MelRo and her Wicker Park Posse and it was rather successful, I think. Except for the fact that I always eat so much I feel nauseous. I'm Southern and I like fried food, but for some reason, the Scottish fish and chips are too much for me.

MelRo just returned from the shower and is showing of her sleekness. I'm in complete agreement.

Yesterday we made a trip to Krispey Kreme and in the evening went to Auntie J__'s to watch the Concert for NYC or whatever on VH1. Sort of entertaining, yet also lame in an annoying way.

I'm having hard finishing this post because someone attacked me and is assaulting my fluffy boxers.

Time to eat lunch.
