Have you ever heard of quaito? It's South African music -- mostly started in the townships and it's hard to describe, except that it kicks ass -- lyrics like rap, melody like house, drums and base uniquely African -- I think that's the best description I can give, and I'm certainly not doing it justice. As the music fan that I know you are, you might check out Mendoza, Ismail, etc. I know all we Americans over here are ADDICTED!!
