Summer Outing

In about an hour I'll be exchanging secret santa gifts with co-workers than off to our summer outing. Yes, summer outing. Every office gets funding every year for a group outing that supposed to happen in the summer (usually lunch and some activity), but our office never quite gets it together in time. So we combine our holiday stuff with the outing. So maybe it's a holiday outing instead of a summer outing. Whatever.

All I know is that I'm wearing my "No plot? No problem" t-shirt that just came in the mail from NaNoWriMo. This makes me happy. so does free lunch.

I learned last night that I can't shop while I'm upset. I can shop when I've just gotten done with being upset, but not in the middle. But I managed to put together an okay gift for Roberto, incorporating gift bag elements as well as newly purchased materials, including the source of: "Molly, you in danger, girl."

I need to get some work done before leaving.
