Um, my bacon salt came in the mail yesterday. I forgot I had ordered it so it was almost like getting a gift! I got the 3 pack, which contains original, peppered and hickory smoke. Oh man. I was so foggy this morning, I forgot about it and already started eating my frozen blueberry waffles for breakfast. I'll either do something for lunch today, or I'll have to report on my breakfast tomorrow. I'm thinking about sprinkling it on a poached egg on an english muffin.
I made a list of my errands for today and then promptly lost it. I don't understand how or where. I haven't left the office except to go in the kitchen to pour coffee, and I've looked everywhere. I probably put it in the freezer or something. The thing is, I made the list of the four places I need to go because I feared I would forget one. Even though I will be carrying items that easily remind me of the places (library books = library, check = bank, mail = post office). I also went to light a stick of incense, which I normally do with the stove flame, but instead I walked into the bathroom and turned on the faucet. Luckily I didn't put it under the water.
My triceps are sore today from the dip bar, but nothing too painful. Maybe my workout yesterday broke down brain cells instead of muscle. When I worked at Lambda, when someone forgot something or blanked out, a couple of my coworkers would always say, "it must have been that semester you spent in Amsterdam". Except now this might be true.
