i'm a junkie
Apparantly some server of MCI WorldComm's exploded, which means we had no servers today. No internet, no interoffice e-mail, no PRINTING from our computers (since that uses a server). The following poem and song lyric sums up what I'm feeling.

Actually my day was fine, though I'm feeling a bit like an addict getting a hit right now. Ahhh, livejournal and yahoo and itsyourturn and Netflix and all my other favorite sites. I need new hobbies.
I also randomly got inspired about work in a Jimmy John's today. Seriously. It's so lame I'm not even going to write about the sign and what it said, but I'm noting it here so I can remember and cringe later and forever.
Off to make dinner and allow MelRo a turn on the computer before her dinner with the Deadly Ex. I'm not resolved yet about watching the American Idol concert, but I reserve my right to do so. And of course call Shana. It's high on my to-do list, even if I do hate the phone sometimes.
