Just for the record "boricua" means Puerto Rican. No harm in not knowing, I didn't get on board until somewhat recently. But please don't be automatically calling your chicana honey that -- you just look ignorant.

You can, however, call her "mami". That's universal.

I should have more to write. I don't even have the excuse of putting it all in the novel, because that has been a struggle lately. I'm hoping to nearly complete it this weekend.

One thing I will say -- remember how awhile back I was all freaked out about feeling attracted more to men, even more than women? And scared that somehow I suddenly go from 50%fag to 100%fag and be one of those annoying anti-women, anti-femme transfags? Um, yeah, why was I thinking that again? Because I'm a psychological hypochondriac.

Anyway, lately I'm all about women, particularly femmes. And it doesn't help with Fiery Redhead is rocking fabulous 40's style suits, like she just stepped out of a film noir. I hope she doesn't get killed in the end.

So yeah, work. Work is a good thing because it's what I get paid for, so let me get back to that.

a) I really liked today's novel installment. I felt that it was an excellent "descent into madness" description, and i thought the pacing and the way he was suddenly going somewhere at the end was very realistic and easy to relate to for anyone who has ever spiraled out of control. So even though you're struggling, I think the fruits are excellent.
