I'm probably the smartest person I know

I've never been a big fan of Sunday nights, since it's so close to Monday morning the start of a new work week. But for some reason I'm not filled with as much dread, maybe because I turned in my self-review on Friday. [Sidenote: I'm very weirded out by this car commerical that's styling itelf after a prescription medication ad. Weirder than even the Celine ads.]

I did three things this weekend. Well, more than three obviously, but humor me for minute. Which one will have the lastest-longing effect?

1. Seeing the movie "Adaptation"
2. Seeing the movie "City of God"
3. Attending a meditation service at the Chicago Zen Buddhist Temple

Sophie is curled up like a deer on the couch next to me. She's so cute I just want to eat her. But I think it's time to watch The Simpsons. Maybe I should eat a regular dinner too.

I'd be interested to know more about the meditation service at the Chicago Zen Buddhist Temple if you were so inclined. Where is it? What do you do? Do you have to join to go there? Stuff like that.

It's something I've often thought about checking out, but have always been too nervous to actually do.
