So the song "Goldfinger" seems to have won my poll. Good choice. But then again, I love all four of the songs.

For some reason I surprised by the numbers in the answer to my afterlife, in part beause I'm always curious to know what people think on the subject but how often does it come up at a party? I was intrigued to learn who chose heaven, who chose reincarnation, who chose "there is no afterlife". Reincarnation was the winner.

Sheila E. was also a winner. Sheena Eason was a Prince protege too, you know. Ginuwine's "song" was most loathed, with Chingy a not-too-distant second. For those who chose Beyonce, you might want to stay away from my DJ gigs for awhile.

Last batch of questions answered. I don't think I'll be checking my poll again anytime soon.

Who should sing the NEXT Bond Theme?

While I'd love to have Marianne Faithfull do one, it wouldn't exactly fit their recent trend in picking more popular artists (which I do like). Ooh, I think Angie Stone should do it.

what will you name your kids?

In middle school health class we did that assignment where you carry eggs around as babies to help teach us the responsibility of parenthood (um, yeah), and my baby was named Christian Bernard. I don't have any ideas for what I would name my kids, and it will be really hard since I like learning about an entities personality before naming them (I didn't name my dog for a week), which is a lot harder with a kid. Plus, I feel the name can effect the personality based on cultural assumptions (like naming your kid Barbie or Stone or whatever). So basically, I have no idea what I'll name my kids. Maybe they'll come to me pre-named, which is actually highly likely.

what do you think is the sexiest thing about me?

The sexiest thing about you is your pink suspenders. Runners-up include your hair, your grin, and your general cuddlyness which make me want to throw you in the snow and roll around with you.

What do you think was your best mix ever? Featured songs?

Wow. I have a couple good mixes that I feel are excellent pieces of work, including "AM Gold", "So Good So Right", and "Where is the....? [Before]". Also on the list would be Deathmatch Volume 4, a collaborative effort with [livejournal.com profile] thebrownhornet. I'd have to double check the featured songs and maybe I could e-mail them to you.

If you could be in any episode of Friends, which would you choose and who would you be?

I haven't really seen many episodes of Friends, though I remember some thanksgiving episode where Courtney Cox got hit in the face with a football a la Marcia Brady. That would be fun. Or I'd like to be in an episode where I play Phoebe's boyfriend because I like Lisa Kudrow a lot.

Could you please do my rhetoric readings for me?

I could try, but I'm not sure if it would be much help.

Why do I only recognize the Beyonce song, but chose R. Kelly anyway?

Because you hate him and you hate his ass-face? That R. Kelly song is the one that has the line where the music stops and he says something about "two gorillas in a jungle making love." Ugh.

Do you have a blood phobia?

No, I really don't. I'm curious as to why you asked because I wonder if I've indicated otherwise. I guess with my mishap last night I mention being freaked out by the bleeding, but that was more concern about damage I caused myself internally and not fearing the blood itself. Actually, I probably have more of a fascination (that doesn't quite border on fetish) with blood. My own, mostly. Less others, though I'm not freaked out by it. And I'm certainly not afraid or shy of sex with female partners at certain times of the month -- even people on my friends list can attest to this.

Thank you!

I thought I was the only one.
Oof!
And people who diss on her for always playing the same character?! - It's just not true. Sure she does lean toward a type in a lot of her roles, but she has also broken out of it. Humph!

I've been refinishing furniture for the past 3 days for my friend april and it was late and we were really out of it from the fumes and the mess and I broke my protective gloves and didn't know it for a while so I had this nasty dried up dirty pointer-finger that was brown. We sang a new version of Goldfinger, by singing "shitfinger".

You know, the Bond theme CD that I have is the best to drive to. I especially love Tom Jone's Thunderballs. It makes you happy. Well, it makes me happy anyway. It's weird to me that Madonna did the last Bond theme, I don't like it that much, I thought she could have done better.

"Where is the...?" takes the cake, baby. That shit still makes me cry. And dance.

That's actually a brilliant choice, Ray, and one I hadn't even considered! Excellent.
