I guess I'm sort of apple-ish. Definitely more that than pear, as far as the overall look. But I do have a waist that's about two inches smaller than my hips and belly. It's just my hips go to the side, my belly goes to the front. If that makes any sense. (it does in my head!) Nowadays, I'm looking more like an Edge container, as Melanie would say. She says she's more of a Joy bottle (as in dishwashin liquid) and I look more like a cannister of shaving gel. It's not exactly true when I'm naked, but it's more true with how I looked dressed. Again, if that makes sense. So anyway, in some ways, I think my weight loss definitely helps me "pass" better -- less hips, less ass.
[Side note: I think it's sort of interesting that you bind, too. I guess because I've been doing it for so long, that if I didn't have to, I wouldn't. Well, that's not exactly true -- it would be fairly uncomfortable to hang free, if you know what I mean. How often do you bind? Everyday? What do you use? How does it make you feel different?]
I definitely feel a huge advantage in this weight loss endeavor because of testosterone. I get increased muscle mass even without lifting weights, and lifting weights becomes easier and more effective. Also, I think my energy level is higher, which makes it easier to exercise. And my metabolism has changed, so that I don't east as much in one sitting but I get hungry more often and I get less hungry at night. Perfect setup for weight loss -- several small meals through the day that taper off. But don't think I'm just resting on my ass taking advantage of these perks -- it will all come back to haunt me if I don't start making some permanent changes. So I'm starting NOW with the hopes of retaining them in the long run.
What's your current exercise program? And your eating habits (not so much calories, but more vairation and general size and frequency of meals)? Do you lift too?
Who are you calling a fruit?
