raybear | Once upon a time is how it always goes, but I'll make it brief.

I had a wonderful morning where I got to enjoy not one, but two smiling faces. No, it wasn't exactly like that -- not that I wouldn't have that sexy, dirty-in-a-good-way, waking up with two people in the morning, it's just if I did have it, I would write about it honestly. Besides, I don't want to take away from the greatness of what my evening actually was. Don't get me wrong, I love fcking, but I equally love quality conversation with friends.

I had a "date" last night with

vimandvigor, who came by to pick me up last night after work and we went up to T's for dinner/drink/quick visitation, then headed back to my home, first stopping at Cub Foods to pick up "New Age Drinks" and "Dough". We talked and talked. I told her long and quasi-sordid tales of my life recently ("Wait, I'm not to that point in the story yet -- there's a reason I'm a novelist and not a short story writer!"). We ate cheese puffs and cookies and played Bust-A-Move and talked, then went to bed and talked more and more then curled up and fell asleep, with a jealous dog inserting herself between us all night.

This morning

dommeyourass came home to shower and change and it was just a lovely and loving way to start the day with both of them. I said it yesterday but it's so true --I love our family.

Today I'm having lunch with myself and then I'm spending the evening with myself, both of which I'm highly anticipating. I've been neglecting myself this week and I don't want him to get mad or break up with me.
