There's some exciting news in the household and I was going to wait for dommeyourass to announce it herself, but she's on LJ so infrequently, that I can't wait. But as of a phone call yesterday, I am now living with the county's newest public defender! She finally got the job offer! We were very excited last night and totally future-tripping but not necessarily in the most outlandish way.

This morning, after finishing some coffee and doing some schoolwork, and sitting on the couch in the gray morning quiet after she left, I realized. Wait, did she kinda like, propose to me last night? And I, kinda like, said yes? Oh.

Hmm.

Nice.

There's tons more for me to write about, publicly, privately, fictionly, but I'm heading out the door to meet freakysparks for brunch.
