I've puked twice today, both times was almost exclusively phlegm -- it's been draining into my stomach all night and made me nauseous and gaggy and my body expelled since I was too busy sleeping to blow my nose. Here's the thing about puking mucus: while objectively disgusting, in practice it is the best thing to vomit because it does not burn or tear the esophogus.

The second time I didn't make it to the bathroom and opted for a mug left in the living room by the bedroom and

dommeyourass brought me a bucket and sat next to me on the bed, rubbing my head while I was all shakey. It was the equivelent of holding my hair and beneath my shame and fear of being sick, I was touched.
