they had a silver fountain with flowing spiked lemonade. i really wanted an ice sculpture too, but i couldn't really complain after i saw the balloon arch.
it was interesting to have a double theme -- both 80s and prom. a few people only embraced one more than the other, but at least everyone participated in some form. my husband decided his character was Rob the Coke Dealer, the guy who graduated a few years earlier but still hung out with his younger clients.
