'the damned don't cry' is quite ironic considering your previous post...

"call me CHEAP?"

Ooh, it sounds like a good movie, too:

I also thought this meme was all kinds of wonderful. Delightfully random, learning odd things...I never noticed there was a "random article" feature before.

An unfortunate album title, for certain. But the tracking is pretty good! Might skip the Michael Stipe song, but the rest seem very sardonic and wry. I expect my favorites would be Okemo Mountain, Caesar cut and Secrets of the Alchemist Dar/Unsolved Puzzles, which probably should be the revised title of the disc!

If Sufjan Stevens can name an album Illinois, Raybear can have 1972 New York Mets season. I think it rules - one of those long inside joke titles. Very Belle and Sebastian.

Oh... I was simply speaking as a Yankees fan. And quite frankly, 1972 New York Yankees season wouldn't have been any better!

Ha - I was actually thinking "is this how Sufjan Stevens came up with the albums for states idea?"

Ringxiety! I had that several times today.

Also: I may not write music, but I'm thinking my songs deserve to have lyrics written...

For "Ringxiety", as a hidden last track on the CD, I'm picturing a downbeat yet somewhat angsty number with brainy lyrics that never actually mention the title word "Ringxiety" a la "Street Spirit" by Radiohead.

And...

I can't wait to dance with you to the Peaches Hi-NRG remix of "Caesar Cut."
