raybearToday I learned that a potato masher and a hand mixer can't quite replicate a blender or a food processor. But! My made-up-on-the-fly Fennel Cream Soup is so delicious, I don't even mind that its a little chunky. I think it will be more delicious after sitting overnight and eating it chilled.
